This policy explains how ManyGuests ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our website and services.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email and sign-in information.
• Event data: the wedding details, templates, and venue you enter.
• Guest data entered by the organizer: names, phone numbers, groups, RSVP responses, and companion counts.
• Payment data: processed entirely by our payment gateway Moyasar; we do not store your card details.
• Technical data: basic usage logs to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

To provide and operate the service (building invitations, managing guests, checking guests in), send invitations over WhatsApp to the numbers the organizer enters, process payments, improve the platform, and communicate with you about your account.

WhatsApp invitations

When WhatsApp invitations are enabled, we share the guest's name and phone number with Meta Platforms through the official WhatsApp Business API to deliver the invitation. The organizer is responsible for ensuring they have the guests' consent to contact them on WhatsApp. Meta's processing of this data is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Third parties

We rely on trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Moyasar (payment processing), Meta Platforms (delivering WhatsApp invitations), and Apple to distribute the scanner app. We do not sell your data.

Retention and security

We retain your data while your account or event is active and apply reasonable safeguards. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and know the purposes of processing, to correct or delete it, to withdraw prior consent, to object to or restrict processing, and to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any right, email Hi@manyguests.app.

Changes and governing law

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with the update date. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
