Terms of Service

By using ManyGuests you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Legal capacity

You must be legally capable of entering into contracts under the laws of Saudi Arabia. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and are solely liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

The service

ManyGuests provides tools to create digital wedding invitations, manage guests, check guests in via QR codes, and send invitations to guests over WhatsApp.

WhatsApp invitations and guest consent

When you use WhatsApp invitations, messages are sent through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. You represent that you have the guests' consent to contact them on WhatsApp at the numbers you enter, and you are solely responsible for that. You must comply with WhatsApp's terms and policies.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

Payment

Pricing is per event and paid once based on the selected plan, with the option to purchase additional guests. Prices include 15% VAT; ManyGuests is the seller and issues a ZATCA-compliant electronic tax invoice, emailed to you after payment. Payments are processed through the Moyasar payment gateway (mada, Apple Pay, and cards). We may update prices or plans from time to time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies. Amounts are final after order confirmation, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose, and that you have the right to enter and process the guest data you upload.

Intellectual property

The platform, its marks, and designs remain the property of ManyGuests. The content you enter (your event and guest details) remains yours.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, outages of third-party services (WhatsApp, Moyasar, hosting providers), or regulatory decisions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.

Severability and changes

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect and the provision is replaced with the closest lawful equivalent. We may update these Terms from time to time; updates take effect once published, and your continued use afterward constitutes acceptance.
